I ate at the maple street location yesterday. This is the first time eating at any of your locations. I ordered 6 bone in wings. I got 4 flats and 2 drums. They were small dry wings. Poor value for the price. Not impressed. Time of day was at 2:30 PM.

I love the food here but the staff and service prevents me from coming in. The servers and bartenders are so rude it makes me uncomfortable to eat here. Customer service is non existent.

I ordered for to go and this location typically has my order ready to go by the time I arrive which is normally a few minutes before the expected time which I appreciate. When I arrived this time my food was piping hot. Highly recommend.

Ordered BOGO 10 boneless today, regular sized cheese curds, 3 small ranches, 1 large ranch, 1 carrot and 1 carrot/celery.
Received barely sauced boneless wings, 13 very small cheese curds (for the regular sized) not nearly as many as we have received before, 4 small ranches, 1 large ranch 2 carrots & 2 carrots/celery. Was nice to receive the extras of sides & ranch - but very disappointed in the sauce quality of the wings & close to no cheese curds.
Disappointed in the quality check for the sauced wings & amount of cheese curds. Feel like this place is starting to rip peopleās hard earned money off for Togoās and/or not care how the food is sent out. Yes, shame on us for not reviewing the order at the store, but sometimes people like to trust what they bought is what they are getting. The last few times we have been here it has been worse and worse. Figure it out, especially since the restaurant barely had any patrons in it.
PS: since when do the cheese curds come with honey mustard sauce???

Had absolutely horrible experience on 08/14/2025. The rudest laziest unprofessional staff with attitude towards customers on their phones refusing to do their job. Came with my daughter at 12:15 during operation hours which are till 1 am. Was told we cannot be served, then told āas a favor we can order to go onlyā, I insisted we should be served, had to reason with multiple staff about operational hours, after speaking to manager, we were pointed to one table in the middle of the restaurant as the only option table with high chairs we can sit at while the whole place is literally empty, I never experienced anything degrading and disrespectful like that as a paying customer , while 5-6 employees out and about on their phones not doing anything work related. I was told we will be served a check at 12:30 before our food even got served, when I asked for second drink at 12:24 the waiter rolled his eyes like I am asking him something unreasonable. I donāt understand who runs this business and employs people that literally hate their job and donāt want to be there doing their bare minimum job requirements.
It's been a while since I've ordered, checked recently to see if there's been any improvement and noticed I hadn't left a review as I had intended. Buffalo wild wings has been one of my favorite places for years. Unfortunately this location, and it seems more locations recently are missing the mark in quality. I have ordered from this location 4 times in a period of a year. I order for pick up typically. I believe only the first time was the order ready when it was supposed to be, the other three times it was over 20 minutes later than it was estimated to be ready. It was usually a 5+ minute wait before staff acknowledged anyone at the pick up area. The staff would assure me it was currently being made, packed, and would be ready in 5 minutes or less, they continued to say this while the wait became longer. If they had been honest that it would be 20 minutes I could have come back or canceled the order. Once I did try to cancel the order and I still had to wait 12 minutes for a staff to be able to assist with it. The quality unfortunately was also lacking, portions have declined and items have been missing. It's unfortunate there's not a better Buffalo wild wings nearby as I certainly miss their food.

We came in last week and had great service and food! We had chips and queso with chili added and cheese sticks. I had the chicken wrap and my partner had the cheesesteak. Both good! Everything was fast and fresh. We ended coming back in today. Another great experience with service and food!
