Our family chose Copal as the place to celebrate our Easter brunch. It was WONDERFUL! Delicious authentic Mexican dishes plus traditional American breakfast items were available in the buffet. Everything we tried was very, very good! Our server, Anita, was delightful! We will be back again soon!
We just had the most wonderful Easter Brunch at Copal. Bottomless mimosas and a lovely variety of food. Our server was phenomenal and so attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is always bright and friendly. We’ve had dinner before here but this was our first time with the brunch. Thank you for the most lovely morning!

Oh my days! Seriously get down to Copal. I moved here 2 years ago and haven't eaten Mexican food since because I was worried it wouldn't be the same. Let me tell you, I've missed out for two years!
