It's embarrassing it's got to be embarrassing for Burger King Staff I worked there in the 70s and 90th and Center we could have done their whole day of business in less than an hour if there's more than two people you're waiting 20 minutes just close it down the bigger the burger the better the burgers the burgers just aren't any better at Burger King your men used too big it was just a ruined it you ruined it you ruined it you ruined it clothes or store you want to be embarrassed does anybody speak English there for god sakes close the store

OPEN 24 HOURS IS NOT THE CASE!!! We got off a plane with 4 kids after 17 hours of travel. We were so excited to see this location open 24 hours. Expect when we drove there and tried to order the gentleman said the only make food for door dash. It was 1 a.m. How can you only make food for door dash 24 hours a day but not people that drove to you? CHANGE YOUR WAYS OR HOURS! Common sense is not common. 4 angry kids and 2 hungry parents, what a great welcome back home. What a joke!

They are all rude. No matter what time I go get orders for DD OR UBER…they are rude, never have an order ready and of course no name tags so u can’t report by name to gm have to giv day and time so they can figure out who is on that shift. I don’t like to danger because of all this

Went in at 7:45 pm and was told we couldn’t get a shake because they already cleaned the machine. Cashier had an attitude and had just come out from cleaning the bathroom. She laid the dirty towels on the counter by the cash register and didn’t wash her hands. It was not good.
How brain dead do you have to be when. A customer orders sides for instance, then 8 minutes later when she sees said customer waiting finally says, "can you drop rings?"

Came through drive thru for son's food. The person taking order rudely responded I didn't need to be rude because I responded no to apple juice before allowing me to order my son's drink correctly. Yelled this through the speaker as I drove up. At window when I asked to speak to the manager it was her. When I brought up this behavior she continued with very unprofessional responses and took no accountability to even apologize but continue acting like a team member level. I would like a refund and response to who is her boss because I didn't come through and pay for this treatment by your manager.
