I'll admit, i love the concept. I eat a lot of subway and jimmy johns because its quick, hits the spot and I get to make what I want. When I want pizza, I look for a pie five or similar. I had a bbq chicken pizza with bacon and peppers added. They also tossed some magic dust or something on it.. the pizza was the perfect size. My wife wanted to try this place after having driven by a few times. So we went there with no clue how it was setup. It took about 5 minutes to get the hang of the menu. (it's all personal pizzas) I got the pan pizza with spicy marinara, garlic, spinach, pepperoni and caramelized onions. When it gets done baking they ask you if you want some "Magic Dust" on it. Out goto place for fast, easy pizzas. I won't consider them gourmet, but they are tasty nevertheless and fast! Good for times when you don't have much time on hand and don't want to order a huge pizza and have left overs later. The thin crusted buffalo chicken is one of my favs here.
