Went to BK to order a sandwich. Sandwich was incorrect so I went back to the store to request a refund after speaking with the cashier and heard the hostility in her voice. She then informed me that she couldn’t give me a refund with a receipt. I then told her that it wasn’t my fault that she did not give me a receipt. She proceeded to get smart with me and I said ,”wow, great customer service.” She then told me that she wasn’t going to do anything for me and to leave....read full review
This BK has some of the worse customer service. I was asked to wait a moment to oder in the drive thru and that was not an issue. My issue came after 6 to 8 minutes of waiting before I said I'm ready when you are. The young lady with the red braids responds to tell me go ahead when your ready. I was confused because she asked me to wait and was not going to tell me she was ready until I said something to her. I didn't ask her to wait, she asked me.
