I used to praise this location in past reviews but times have changed. I’m lucky if my order is correct and the wait time is long. The facility seems to be in distress also so really wondering about the state of affairs in the kitchen.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Whoever was working on 6/6/25 completely messed up my burger AND I PAID EXTRA FOR ADD ONS. Yk? When I go to a Burger King that isn’t busy i expect to get my order CORRECT. But no. This Burger King has a hot streak of neglecting their customers.
Didn’t give me a receipt so I can’t get a refund. I call 4 freaking times and no answer. THIS IS THE WORST BURGER KING TO EXIST.
I hope whoever was on shift gets notified that they are just downright stupid

Whether you work here or are wanting food from here, it’s not worth it. Best thing I did was stop working there but man this place has gone terrible. Not 24 hours like promoted. Constantly overworking the kitchen. Orders take 15-20 mins. Or you get told at the drive thru “we aren’t taking any orders right now” EVEN IF YOU MAKE AN ONLINE ORDER! so if you want a fry and a drink they can’t do that. Really ridiculous, you’re better off at another location. Old manager had the confederate flag tattooed on him and still some questionable people in that place especially when I remember how I was treated.

This used to be the good BK. Tonight it was the worst. 20-minutes in the drive-thru, they forgot 1 of our 4 items, when I tried to walk in to get it fixed, the doorman told me it was drive-thru only, meanwhile he seemed to be letting his friends in to fiesta. Pretty neat. Enjoy the free fries you got because you knew I wouldn't wait another 20 minutes in line.

The worse Burger King. Don’t ever go here after midnight. I don’t know what’s the whole point of opening 24hrs. They can’t assist you and they make you wait forever. 0 stars if I could.

Ordered online, arrived to the store at 5:30 pm to find the doors locked. Drive thru not moving. Leaving at 6:10. Food not ready when I got to the pick up window. Food was incorrect.
I ordered a whopper meal and a Wednesdays whopper (just the sandwich) but I never got my Wednesdays whopper. I paid for it and don't know how to get reimbursed so I'm mad.

Drive through was very slow. I was there for 10 minutes, with ine car in front of me. Food was hot and good when I received it. Staff was pleasant and friendly.

I waited 10 minutes to have my order taken. Some other customers tols a girl behind counter i needed to have an order taken. She seemed unenthused and said oh someonevwill help and went back to blankly staring at who knows what.Worst whopper I've ever had. I ordered 4. 1 without pickles and tomatoes. I get home and none have pickles and tomatoes. Whopper tasted old like they've been there for a while. Wow Burger King is horrible! Management nor staff care. Apparently Corporate doesnt either. Check in on your franchises.
