Shirley's Diner serves generous portions of fabulous food, including eggs Benedict, steak omelet, and burritos. The hash browns are a highlight, with a perfectly crunchy crust. The service is spot on, and the atmosphere is welcoming, with toys available for kids to play with. The classic diner breakfast is done right, with very tasty pancakes and warm, flaky homemade biscuits. The food comes out surprisingly fast and the prices are super reasonable. However, the parking lot is in poor shape and lacks handicap spaces, which need to be moved closer to the doors. Despite some minor issues with lighting and tripping hazards, the diner's delicious food makes up for its shortcomings.
