got off a super long shift and came to get dinner. there was a mix up with my order and someone else, i called tp get it fixed and spoke to Brayden. He was kind and fixed my problem and made it right with me after the online hours said it would be closed. i really appreciated the great customer

I always enjoy eating burger king, and my experiences are mostly positive. However I ordered some from uber eats and my driver was told they were out of bacon for the Bacon King and had him ask if they would be willing to add a slice of cheese or something for missing my bacon. He was told by the worker that they can’t replace it with anything because “we would be losing inventory”. A little silly over a slice of cheese or any other substitute but I believe if you pay for a product and it is missing an ingredient then something in addition would be offered. No accommodation effort was made.Update on this review: driver states they weren’t giving him the food and cancelled the order. Then uber assigned me another driver and was again not given the food. That is ridiculously terrible service

Morning manager is a complete tool. Has the manners of a sloth. He makes me never ever want to go back to the Millard location. I only go because it's so close to home. He is not only rude but acts like he is doing me a favor. So untrue. I'm doing him a favor by going there and ordering food to keep his job.

The service is never good. Once, I had to sit in the drive thru speaker for 20 mins before I was helped. The employees get so upset when a customer comes through. And just now, I had a terrible interaction with an employee, I wish I got his name. Made me feel so stupid and I was on the verge of tears.

Burgers were old, cold and you can tell had been sitting out awhile. I took back the burgers to have a fresh order made, there were at least 5 employees standing around, with no other customers inside OR in drive thru. I was standing waiting for someone to help me, and so was the poor guy standing behind me.. once I was helped, the only other one customer behind me stood waiting for quite sometime. Employees just walked past him and ignored him..all he needed was the one mobile order sitting in the window..He was obviously upset at this point as well. Needless to say, the food was bad and so was the service. It’s sad because they used to have this one really great guy who worked there - it was the only BK I would go to because he never messed up my order, food was always fresh and he was always super nice..I miss this employee!

Absolutely horrible service. I come here quite frequently and order on the regular for my work lunch, but you will be losing money after todays handling of a customer. Very rude and disrespectful bigger Mexican lady. You do not treat people like that. Especially ones you serve.

Burger was way smaller than the bun and the taste was borderline gross. Fries were horrible. Cheap meal.. Cheaper taste. Disgusting. Will never order a Whopper Junior or Whopper again. Actually, will never go to Burger King again. Almost inedible. Yuk! Yuk! Yuk!

Unbelievable. Left at speaker. Drive around to window. Only 1 car. Pull up to window to just get an order of nuggets for my son. 2 team members walk away from window. I honk my horn because I just can't believe what I'm experiencing so someone will help. And pink hair tells me I cant take orders I'm swamped with Togo's. Really. 1 car in parking lot. Cant take 1 simple order at window after all that. Check sales 8:30 was it so bad you couldn't add an 8 piece nugget. You had to ignore the only car in your lane?!

My family and myself came for lunch and we were expecting it to be busy, it was not however we were the 2nd customer there. We ordered our food for 3 people. When we got the order we were missing parts and they tried to argue that we had gotten everything till my mom showed the receipt. From there on the food then ended up being wrong in a few aspects but then we realized we were missing my sons juice so my mom went to get it and they wanted to charge extra saying we'd already received it when we had not and the worker just got very rude and hateful and condescending with my mother. Will not eat here again

dude i doordashed a simple order and it took over an hour to come, they had to reassign a dasher just for more time. it went from 8:30 to arriving at 9:40
