The ketchup was rancid or turned definitely off and overthrew the taste of my entire burger, pickle slapped in one pile. Krispy fries although under seasoned, would definitely come back for the fries if I didn't pay $40 and receive no napkins and a ruined burger. Nashville hot chicken sandwich was completely soggy and wet The overwhelming taste of turmeric was impossible to get past. this is a spit in the face to anyone who's ever worked in the food industry do not let your mistakes make it out of the kitchen. A bridge worth burning

Saddly, I had to take a bite of some protein chips I keep on my side to make sure I wasn't losing my sense of taste.
Because saddly, the type of beef they use which is incredibly lean? The very faint charring from their grill was more prominent than even the beef. Their fries? Incredibly lightly seasoned- even if seemingly large and fresh cut curly fries.
If you're restricted to a hyper lean Gluten free diet? Yeah this place is for you. But with a price point comparable to five guys even if I had a peanut allergy I'd go to five guys.

All staff is amazing and friendly. Knowledgeable about their products. The food is always fresh! I have eaten here multiple times and never had bad food. none of the food is greasy which is really nice. The chicken is so tender and juicy, the zesty sauce is my favorite on anything! I recently had the Philly and was very good and the portions are huge! The Cheeseburgers and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich are my favorites so far, I look forward to trying more of the different menu options down the road simce you change and add new items offten, absolutely recommend

Amazing fried chicken sandwich and you would never know it’s gluten-free. I am so happy. I really struggle with finding things that are gluten-free since I’ve had to stop eating gluten over a year ago my husband tried my chicken sandwich. He does not eat gluten-free and he thought it was great.

Beautiful night and location. Nashville Hot sandwich was over cooked almost on burnt side. Flavor good but since burnt lost alot of spice. Not a good food truck choice for money.
This was such a great experience. I have celiac disease so I was iffy about coming here but it is completely gluten free with no cross contact (100% safe). The food was yummy and the FRIES were fire. Definitely reccomend!

I've visited B.B. food truck many times the past year or so. Their regular chicken and Nashville hot chicken sandwiches are fantastic. The fried pickles and waffle fries are my go-to sides. I have Celiac disease, as does my partner, so have to be cautious when I eat away from home. Zach & team patiently answer my questions each visit. I specify I need gluten-free bun and confirm they heard me, just as I do at every restaurant. I appreciate having a safe place to satisfy my fried food cravings!
