Amazing option for gluten free people and arguably top 3 fried chicken spots in Omaha. The prices are justified by the huge portions and amazing food. They don't always have the chicken tenders but they are the best I've ever had!

Oh my goodness, I wish I had come here sooner! I am gluten intolerant, and heard that this place had GF fried chicken. Came here tonight with my husband and we both had the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. It was so delicious! Even my husband loved it, and said he wouldn’t have known the chicken was GF. The flavor was excellent and the texture was perfection!

The food is phenomenal! We stopped in 2 weeks ago and then came back for my husband's birthday!

Walked in and was a little skeptical. It was pretty empty, granted we did go in on a Saturday in the middle of the afternoon. The food came out relatively quickly, and quickly put our doubts to bed. Fries were perfectly done(not something we say often), and the chicken sandwiches were excellent, probably the second best in town. Given our favorite is downtown, this location is much more convenient, and we'll definitely be back!

Enormous chicken sandwiches! Nashville hot is just the right amount of spice that keeps building. Korean and honey BBQ are great too! They use Piedmontese beef for hamburgers. Super sad we can't find the food truck anymore, but happy to enjoy the sandwiches at a brick and mortar

Tried the chicken sandwich. It was pretty massive and pretty pricy.

I was really excited to go here my friend had amazing things to say about it! I however was very disappointed. I got their regular GF chicken sandwich and my boyfriend got their Korean burger. He was not very impressed with the burger, said something about the sauce needing more vinegar (he likes his vinegar though!) The chicken on the GF chicken sandwich was good but there was only pickles on the sandwich, it was supposed to come with a sauce, which i requested on the side. They didnt give me the side of sauce and when we went to get some after they gave us our meal they charged us $1 to get sauce. I understand needing to up change for somethings but thats crazy. I asked for ranch and had to pay a full $1!
On top of that there's no sauces out on the counters it's just whatever they give you. If you wanted fries you had to pay extra for them. I did get the pickle chips...they were soggy and barely had any breading on them (they didnt come with sauce either).
Anyway to go back to the chicken sandwhich...the most disappointing thing about it besides not getting sauce was the fact that there was no lettuce or tomatoes!!!!!!!! Save your money and make it at home with rice panko lol.

It's OK. I wouldn't make a special trip for it but I'd eat here if someone asked me to go.

So great you wouldn't even realize it's gluten free! Although the location isn't convenient to anything I go to regularly I still try to go here every few weeks. It's worth the drive! The Hawt fried chicken is delicious... The pickle chips are perfection! I haven't tried anything else but my friends have also said everything they've tried is fantastic!

The food was decent—fresh, hot, and made to order. I had the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, and while the flavor was good, there was some strange yellow stuff in the center that threw it off a bit. The place was very clean, which I appreciated!
That said, it felt overpriced for what you get. Also, the cashier was just sitting at the register, which made things feel a little awkward and quiet. Not a bad experience, but probably not something I’d go out of my way for again. It’s been since yesterday and about 1am me and my husband and 2 kids woke up vomiting and the other end was going too will be going to a doctor today for food poisoning.

As someone that became gluten free a couple years ago, I worried I would never taste good fried chicken again. Burning Bridges absolutely blew my mind! The chicken and pickle chips are so fresh and crispy. Both are intensely flavorful, and the sauces perfectly compliment them. The breading stays on the tender chicken and you can see the chicken is covered in seasonings. I have brought multiple people who aren’t gluten free here, and they have always said it is perhaps the best fried chicken they’ve ever had. I have been going to Burning Bridges since it was only a food truck and have always been happy with the service. Highly recommend!!!

I have loved Burning Bridges since I discovered their food truck at Trucks & Taps. Their GF options are delicious and consistently amazing. My husband loves their fries and I’m obsessed with their pickle chips. Could not recommend more!
