Ruby's has a friendly and homey type of feel! It is now one of my most favorite places to eat!
Try: black eyed peas, fries, fried okra, breaded pork tenderloin sandwich, the pulled pork sandwich, And the sweet potato pie!!!!!!l
The pork tenderloin sandwich was HUGE and delicious! (I don't like breaded meat! This sandwich was fantastic!)🎉
My husband doesn't like sweet potato pie except Ruby's! Ohhhh! Yummy!🎉
Pulled pork sandwich!!!!! *🤤Slobber*
I was praying the black eyed peas were their own mix of spices. YES! So Good!🎉 *another 🤤*
When my husband and I have time again, we're going back!
It can be a little pricey depending on what you order. And you need to be patient waiting for your order But It Is So Worth It because their food isn't warmed up frozen food!!!
It is Only take-out so plan a place to sit and eat. Home, car etc.
No public restrooms.

Vegetarian options: I suggest calling the restaurant for more information.

Dietary restrictions: I suggest calling the restaurant for more information.

Parking: Depending on the time of day you'll need to hunt a little for street parking. We were there at lunchtime. So difficult 😁
✴️The parking lot to one side of the building is Not for Ruby's Place!!!

Kid-friendliness: Sure! Check the menu! Should be something a kid would like!
There's hamburgers and sloppy joes. And more!

Wheelchair accessibility: A wheelchair could get into the door. The space inside is tight. I'm sure the employees would help to accommodate some how.

The first time I had bought the German chocolate cake. It was so delicious. I also want to try the peach cobbler, but they were out. I love love love peach cobbler. I said ok. I’ll get them the next time I come. In my mom’s recipe of peach cobbler. It has to have crunch and peaches throughout the entire peach cobbler. Thats why it’s called “Peaches then cobbler” hahaha. So I stopped by this passed Saturday. Praying they had peach cobbler, and Lord the man at the counter said it will be done in one hour. I left and came back. I order two orders of peach cobbler. Long story short. My mom passed away in 2017. When I tell you I swear my mom came back from heaven. Made that cobbler and went back. That peach cobbler was so good. I called back to see if they had any more left. He said we close at six pm. I said I’m on my way. I made it there In 2.5 minutes and bought the rest of the peach cobbler and I order a whole one to pick up on Wednesday when they open back up. I found my favorite peach cobbler. Thank you Mrs. Ruby you did that and I am very grateful for you ❤️❤️❤️?????

1st time enjoying Ruby’s cooking. Homemade comfort food. Very friendly folks. Wife and I both had the pulled pork, peach cobbler and German chocolate cake. Looking forward to trying the catfish dinner next time. And there will be a next time.

Nice honestly experience. Good food, pleasant presentation. Was out of the Peach Cobbler; I'll live, will recommend.

I purchased a few slices of the pound cake. It was very popular in our house. Great flavor, moist and reminded me of my late Grandmother's cakes.
