Customer service is horrible at this location. I told the girl at the register, long light red hair, that there were no paper towels in the bathroom. She tells me the truck didn't deliver any. I suggested maybe putting napkins in there(which I saw piles of by the coffee). She rolls her eyes and gives me attitude when I asked for a bag for my items. Then as I'm walking out she says to the next guy in line about me giving her attitude. Is this your standard??? Do better, Casey's. Do you even train the people you hire? The bathroom in that location is never clean, it's been going downhill since it became a Casey's

Pump 11 diesel took about 20 minutes to pump $75 fuel. This company got so much money and they can't fix a simple pump.

Mary (Russian accent) was very rude and unprofessional. We waited 2 hrs for an order placed on the app. She 1sr said she handed it out already then after anothervall said the kitchen was making it. When we asked for a discount, she rolled her neck and replied "on a $45 order, why do you need a discount?" After requesting she take accountability for our missing order since she was the manager, she gave us $5 off and refused to give me her name. I had to call the store and talk to Brandon, who apologized to usI hope she is reprimanded or fired bc she had ZERO customer service skills. And ill relay this to corporate bc as a frequent purchaser of Caseys, i did not expect/appreciate the way my family was treated.

So I ordered a pizza online to pick up at the store at about 5:17. Showed up to said store at 5:37 when the pizza was supposed to be ready. Was told that there would be a ten minute wait so i said fine, and i stood there waiting i was angry at this point because i had somewhere to go with said pizzas at 6 and now im running late. then im told i cant get the pizzas unless its paid for,fine ill pay before i get them that makes sense. However, this 5 foot nothing rounded lip pierced woman started saying that i was a creep to her associate and that i was just staring at her. I have never been so disrespected in all my life especially over gas station pizza. Awful service.Parking: stuff

Worst Casey’s experience I’ve ever had went too use the bathroom no toilet paper asked the 2 ladies in front got told too use my hand at 8:30 on 12/11/23 you don’t talk too customers like that I’m never stoping there again

I stop at a lot of Casey’s during the week. This has to be one of the dirtiest one I’ve stopped at. Been getting several times and each time it looks like it hasn’t been clean in days. Trash on the floors. Bathrooms very dirty. Staff not too friendly..

DO NOT ORDER pizza from this Casey’s!!! my family ordered $82 worth of pizza and it said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When we went to pick it up there was nobody in Casey’s to make pizza at all. There were other customers in there also waiting for their pizza. When we asked, we were told that there is nobody there to make pizza but the manager Tiffany had told them they could not turn off the online ordering for pizza Due to their productivity ratings. They wanted to make it look like they were still doing their job. So instead of doing the right thing and turning off the online ordering, they left it on and took peoples money for a service and product that they knew they were not going to provide. Isn’t that called FRAUD!? we then had 12 very hungry people waiting for dinner and had to find another option. We were told to come back in the morning if we wanted a refund when Tiffany would be there. Well Tiffany was not there and we are from out of town. We have yet to find out if we will get a refund but some thing absolutely needs to be done about this manager and what she is doing. The staff that is there blames it on her, but does nothing to make it right either. I am beyond furious as we then had to go somewhere else to pay another $100 for pizza. That’s almost $200 we spent just to feed our family one meal. Not ok. My father is diabetic as well and we had already waited 30 minutes for this pizza and then had to wait another 30 for another pizza. If you were going to leave your online ordering on, at least notify your customers that the pizza is not actually going to be there when they get there. My family deserved an immediate refund and an apology but neither were given. Make this right.

I myself love this Casey's. The help does an excellent job at working the best experience. Mary does an excellent job at multi-tasking. She works hard at whatever she is dealt for the day. I think she should get employee of the month. Thank you Mary!
