Eating here is so hit-or-miss. Tonight was a miss. The front-of-house procedures were falling apart. I ordered online, paid in advance. My order got put on the back counter and I got to stand there and watch it cool off for about 8 minutes before the host could get to me. But there was no communication between the server that brought the bag out and the host. As someone with Celiac, it's hard to find a GOOD place to eat where the staff is also kind to you and doesn't treat you like an inconvenience because of Celiac. I tried the Charred Burger Bar in Omaha today and will definitely be back! The waygu beef was 10/10 but I was just very impressed by the GF bun that didn't fall apart immediately, and wasn't gritty, as well as the fact that they have a separate fryer for fries + GF friendly oil. I really wanted to like it. We waited a long time for a server to arrive at our table. We ordered two waters. The people that had come in right behind us had food before we had drinks. When food was brought out, the appetizer was there as well. No part of our order was hot when it came out. We had cheese fries as an appetizer. Cold. Bacon & Beer Cheese Burger. Cold. French dip burger cold. Onion rings, Cold.
