This is one of Omahas best breakfast spots! We've been coming to summer kitchen for as long as I can remember! They serve breakfast and lunch and have a lengthy selection of menu options. I almost always get a potato casserole which are paper thin sliced potato's that have just the right amount of crispiness to them under a variety of toppings that come in about 10 different combinations. Butter. Better. Weird coincidence, sound the same? Real Ingredients is the best win here. Summers Kitchen has the best Waffle-in-town, according to the 3.5' tall waffle expert in my family. She's tried them all. We keep coming back here. I get the Option 2 Breakfast Sandwich. Sausage is real fresh. Has Mayo by default which melts some...kapoww...perfect. Always hot.
