Charred Burger + Bar

Very disappointed in the experience we had at the location near 180th and Dodge. Waited ten minutes to be sat at a table only to then sit another 10 minutes before I had to track someone down and ask to speak to a manager because we weren’t being helped. Couldn’t find a manger, so I asked the bus boy for help and was informed he could only get us waters. Waited another five minutes for a server before we decided to get up and leave. Hostess had the nerve to say “Thanks for coming in” and we were one table away from the hostess. She knew we weren’t being helped. Whoever is running that location needs to fired. Lousy experience. Lousy people. Won’t be back.

I went in for a quick lunch the other day and ended up enjoying it more than I expected. The burger was cooked nicely, not too greasy, and the toppings felt pretty fresh. Fries were a bit on the salty side for me, but still crunchy and good overall. The place wasn’t too crowded, so I got my food pretty fast, which I liked. Staff was friendly enough and the seating area was clean. Nothing super fancy, but it’s a solid spot if you’re craving a simple, tasty hamburger without spending too much

Ehh been here before but feels like it’s gone down hill. And same with the new location out of certain food. No music in background so you hear everyone’s conversations. Staff on phones especially the new location!

Disappointed with my visit to west Omaha location. We did have a larger party but burger was not good at all. Will most likely stick with Pacific location.

It was ok, service was good. Burgers were smaller than used to and dry. Cocktails were expensive sides should be included with upcharge for onion rings. Not a bad experience but nothing out of the norm. Should be asked how you want your burger medium medium rare etc. Again not a bad experience just meh!

Always a great place to eat. Carolina sauce is fantastic. Buffalo chicken sandwich hits. Burger with fried onions straws also is a banger. Don't forget strawberry vodka lemonade

Food continues to be good but the cleanliness of the restaurant at Sterling ridge has gone down hill. The grime on the table's drink menu is too much and unappetizing. Don't look too closely at the floor or the restroom. Focus on the food.

We have been getting food from this location for a long time, within the last year every time we go, the order is not right. At first our burgers would be made wrong or not even cooked all the way, that didn’t last long though, but now most recent they forget fries, tots, drinks, don’t send the whole kid meals, etc. We have now learned that we can’t leave before we check the bags and make sure everything is in there. The order is listed out very clearly and nothing gets double checked. It’s just super disappointing because we really love the food but I think we’re taking our business elsewhere for a bit.
