I had a steak burrito which was just about all gristle, the rest was mostly rice. My wife had a chicken bowl that was mostly rice and lettuce. I told my wife that was the worst meal I have had in Omaha. For the price of $33, we will go to other restaurants with better quality food.

Go ahead and shut this location down. I could count on one hand the pieces of lettuce and steak they put in my bowl. The steak was burnt and they skimped on literally everything. When I opened the lid I saw a bowl of white with garnishes of color.

I'm updating the review I gave about a year ago, from5 stars to 1. If I could give fewer, I would . In this amount of time I've seen this place go so far downhill. The only reason we go there is because it's open later and one of us works until later in the evening. It's one of the only places still open so we (my boyfriend more than me) go there often, but I will not be going there again. I have been hesitant to go there over the last few months because it's always a bad experience and last night was the worst. We got there right around 10pm. The remaining food, except the guacamole, was dried up and looked awful. Most of the bins were empty but chicken was still available. The food was not good, but it was the attitude of the young lady at the register that put me over the edge. I understand that it was late, but they are open til 11, as verified by the very entitled, rude checker. She put our food in a to go bag without asking if we were staying. When we asked if we had time to eat there, she actually huffed, and rolled her eyes, as she hesitated to say yes. We were not the only people eating there either. We did leave before the others though. She proceeded to put chairs up on the tables very loudly right next to us as we were eating. Charged us for an adult meal when one of our meals was a kids meal, then was so bent out of joint when we pointed it out that we asked for free chips and queso instead of a price change, in order not to make her attitude worse than it already was. She grudgingly accommodated. As we were leaving she was bringing water in a large bin to pour over the ice, out to the utensil area, and proceeded to slosh it all over the floor, twice. My boyfriend was using the restroom or I wouldn't have been standing in that area. I have never encountered a more crabby, entitled, snarky, young person. We were done eating and in our car by 10:30pm...including use of the restroom. I know many people who say the food and service is good during the day, but the consistent poor quality of the food in the evening, and attitude of one young person working there will keep me from going there. It's not like it's cheap to eat there either. A kids meal and one adult meal with chips and queso is easily around $25. I often ask for just a cheese quesadilla and they cannot do just a quesadilla. They always charge me the full meal price even if I don't want sides, meat, or a drink. Never going back. Check your service...they are losing business for you.

As a now ex employee of chipotle 666, everything about this chipotle sucks, from the food to the workers who make your food. The manager Lesley is immature and rude towards all her workers and needs a serious attitude readjustment, none of the workers are listened to and are always shot down. On top of just the cruel disgusting environment there are so many things I witnessed working at chipotle that I wish I could unsee. I would not recommend you support this establishment

I don't understand how difficult it is to build a burrito with direct instructions from a customer. Basically every order I ever place here is messed up. Management needs to be reevaluated and staff should actually pay attention to what they're doing.One time I had a guy take my order in person, mess it up, say oops, kept going, and placed stuff I didn't want. What kindergarten camp is this?

I'm not one to leave reviews like this even if people mess my order up, I come from "fast food" food service so I get it and am super understanding but my experience at this location tonight was absolutely horrible from start to finish.. I've never been to this bad of a chipotle before. So let's get into it...I enter and noone acknowledges me they just continue making their online orders. Whatever not the end of the world. But I wait some time before someone finally asked me what I want. "Kids meal cheese quesadilla" "oh you want a regular quesadilla" to which I had to restate my order. I then ordered a side of sour cream and a large chips/queso. I get to the register in which the kid at the counter says my order "cheese quesadilla" I correct him and say "no the KIDS MEAL quesadilla" he goes "oh yeah gotcha." Then they kept trying to give me the regular size to which I said LARGE. and THEN the kid goes, "were out of sour cream sorry" I said "in the entire store??" (If you've worked at Chipotle you know they have to have a certain par on their back shelves so he was just too lazy to go get any). I then said "can you at least try to scoop whatever is left in the tub?" He acted completely annoyed with me. I get it the customer is not always right but don't be rude because I'm asking you to do a basic part of your job. All around I got to my hotel to find out he in fact charged me for the $10 regular quesadilla and did NOT receive the kids side or drink.All around this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a chipotle or even just fast food in general. I honestly wouldn't have even said anything but being charged for something I didn't order or even receive it ridiculous especially after everything that went down during my order.I would say do better with your hiring and training but based on all of the other reviews I now just looked through, it seems like the owner of this store doesn't care about the store itself or the employees, just the money.. so I'd stay away from this location if I were you.

This location sucks. They almost never have vinaigrette. Constantly forget items on my app order and today they wrapped three tortillas together making them impossible to separate and eat.

I used to be not impressed with this place and I felt as though it was going downhill. That was until Chipotle added Jayden Sime to their roster and took him out of free agency. I look forward to every day he works because a day that Sime Time works, you bet your sweet pippy I'm gonna be there too. He needs to be on the schedule more because every bite of Chipotle handcrafted by Jayden Sime takes me back to the first time I Discovered edging.
