Was buying a bowl… asked for veggies and they were completely out. The employee said “The person that does the veggies is on break”. Another employee walked over (so props to him) and said that he would put veggies on the grill. They said it would take 10 minutes so I waited.
I had a really great experience at Chipotle today with my family. We came in around 1100 and were pretty indecisive about what we wanted, but the staff was extremely welcoming and patient with us. Collin in particular was excellent — she rang up our order accurately, asked if I wanted to use my points and the free drink coupon, and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The food was fresh and the outdoor patio was really nice and memorable. Great team — nice job!
Good healthy food. Female server that was first on the line gave me the impression that she didn't want to be there and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The rest of the employees were very nice. There is a terrible smell by the fountain drinks. We were there over a week ago and the smell was there then, but I didn't post anything as thought maybe it could have been a plumbing or mold problem. It is a very strong odor.
