Usually, I love this chipotle but it’s like the last few times I’ve been I’ve either gotten stale chips then this time I got chips that weren’t like salted and no lime it’s kinda getting ridiculous and when I go back in and tell them I get another bag that’s exactly the same

I have a feeling a lot of the 1-star service reviews for this location were made by people who've never had to work a close to minimum wage food service job. Because if they have, they'd know how it is to be in the position of a server or cashier, and that those workers do their best to stay patient and respectful but they don't have the energy or motivation to stay respectful when you're giving them a hard time. I've been to this Chiptole dozens of times...

I come here every week or so to pick up lunch as I work nearby. Adriana at the Chipotlane window always greets me with a smile and hands me my order before I even provide my name. She is truly amazing and deserves recognition for her consistent positive attitude and kindness!
