I was told that you were out of steak and brisket and the other department that’s there had steak and brisket and I was told that they cannot use it because customers prepaid and I am standing there right in front to grab my food, but I was yet served that food. Really poor customer service on chipotle customers are right there in front of you and yet you treat prepaid better than the customers that come to you. Honestly, pathetic

I see a lot of hate for Chipotle online and I just must be lucky and have a good one by me because I've never felt like I didn't get what I paid for from this store. Fresh ingredients, fast service from friendly, courteous staff.

I have tried this location several times (takeout and delivery - never dined in), overall I give it 4 stars, although my experience yesterday was 5 stars! The service has always been great - the staff are always kind. We have had minimal delivery order issues, and chipotle is always willing to make things right with a simple connect with their customer support. I have also never had issues of being "skimped" here - if anything, quite the opposite! We feel the potions here are always large (bowl heavy and filled to brim and tacos sometimes so much on them that it fills the bowl!) I really like their hard shell corn tortillas - something with the crunchy shells with the fresh ingredients being such a good compliment to each other and SO delicious! I really loved the adobo chicken when it was available (sad to see that go). My experience with the regular chicken has not been as good. I tried that at my two prior visits and it had some rubbery or not so good pieces. The steak was one of my go tos as well, but can be hit or miss on chewy steak pieces as well. This time I tried the tacos with the barbacoa beef and it was my favorite so far! I will be back for this again! My only complaint would be that on one taco it had what seemed to be "extra" sour cream, when "light" sc was requested. But other than that, it was perfect! Now, as I'm writing this.. I'm craving these barbacoa beef tacos again! ? yum!!
Kid-friendliness: Yes, kid friendly with kids menu! I wish they offered a ground beef meat option for kids, but otherwise great!

Way too many places to order from that will make your food correctly. I’ve ordered from this place 2 times since they’ve opened and both times the food has been made incorrectly.
Had all fresh food. Gave me plenty in my bowl. I went inside. They were friendly. I’ve had different experiences each time. Hopefully they focus on getting better bc the other locations have bad chips

Customer service at this location is horrible . I ordered two sides of gauc, I only saw one in the bag so I went back. The gentleman said there’s two so I double checked and there was I just didn’t see it. He rolled his eyes and slammed the window. After I apologized.

They had no idea what the wholesome bowl was. Online ordering was down so I had to go in. I had to tell the WORKER what ingredients go into it based off an online search. They acted confused and had no idea what was going on. Food still solid but may be a good idea to prepare the staff to know their own menu better than a customer
