My order arrived with missing items, and the restaurant was impossible to reach by phone. Corporate was also unable to issue a refund.
Update: I drove to the restaurant, and the manager was kind and resolved the issue. I appreciate their help. That said, it’s unfortunate I had to go in person to fix what should have been a relatively minor problem. Chipotle’s reliance on AI customer service makes simple issues difficult to resolve.

I love the choices at Chipotle from protein to add-ons. Most appear healthier choices than fast fried food. Service is quick and to go meal is easy!

This location is convenient for us but they really suck. The last 3 or 4 we’ve been here to pick up our order thru the pick up lane they have forgotten several of outlet items. It’s absolutely ridiculous how much and how often they’re missing item. I’m talking entire bags of chips and guacamole, toppings in bowls, side and drinks for kids meals. I’ve had it with this location and will not be going back.

This store is a new store which is a convenient location for us. We stopped by and were happy they were open. The employees were friendly and the tables/layout is what you would expect for a Chipotle. I ordered a veggie bowl. They really skimped on the fajita veggies. I had to ask for a little more. My husband ordered the carne Asada. He arguably does like a lot of meat, it was $7+ extra. I thought that seemed high but he said it's normal. I know figuring that stuff out with corporate measurements takes a bit. We'll see how they do.

I did a large catering order. I walked in the door,gave them my name, couple clicks on the computer and they said here you go. They all carried out the whole to my truck. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Everyone at the party loved the food. Great job, above and beyond, would highly recommend this location.

I ordered a Carne asada bowl for takeout. A few chunks of the steak were pure fat and several chunks of the steak were very fatty. I expected much better quality (especially for the cost) and will not go back to the Maple St location around 185 and Maple.
After I sent an email to Chipotle customer service, they replied they would notify the team at the restaurant. Not a good reply to keep a customer.

With this Chipotle, I have learned it’s faster to go in and order your food rather than do a mobile pick up, especially through the Chipotlane. The past few times I have gone through the Chipotlane, the food was 15-20 minutes behind because it’s just one person working at the window preparing all the orders. I placed an order on Friday and when I arrived, the poor kid at the window was so frazzled. He said it would probably be another 15-20 minutes. I ended up just going inside and waiting in the line and asked for the multiple people working at the front to help him fulfill my order. We had an appointment we had to be at and I couldn’t wait any longer. They said they were all out of brown rice and it was going to be another 20 minutes (you’d think rice is the one thing they wouldn’t run out of). They prepared my food and when we got home, we discovered they gave us someone else’s order. I don’t even know how that happened. I ended up having to chat with someone on the chipotle app for 15 minutes to resolve the situation (I got a refund). Still. It shouldn’t be this difficult. We ended up going to the chipotle on 147th after our appointment to get the correct food because I didn’t want to chance this one again. Where is the management at this place? It is ran with so much inefficiency. I would just recommend to everyone that if you’re going to do an order here, wait in the line and order food that way - this way you can see them prepare your food the right way. And it’s actually faster this way too. Online ordering can’t be trusted here.

I paid for a streak burrito bowl with guacamole and queso none of the potions were alike lots of rice beans and lettuce the steak portion was not at all worth how much I paid for it I’d hate to have to spend more money to double the meat when they should just portion it right
