We had a great time with our kiddo here. There were lots of games to play for different ages. We only came across 2 games that were out of order. We got the all you can play for 60 mins card and it was reasonably priced and a good value. The staff was friendly. We didn't eat there, but I noticed they have a gluten free pizza on the menu. They also have coupons on their website.

hour and a half waiting for food, and there were no people, the employees do know what an hourly job is

We had a great experience! I hadn’t been in 15 years and the Omaha location has been remodeled recently and was very clean. So many games for unlimited play cards and it was nice to not have to pay just to get in for those with food allergies who can’t eat the Food. The woman who worked at the cashier was very kind and went above and beyond explaining things to our group who had never been before.I also appreciated the large open area so it’s easy to keep track of kids!

I came here 10 years ago and it was, for lack of better words “ick”. It’s been redone. They got rid of the run down tube/balloon/play place. All the games worked. Carpet is clean. Employee Susan was so helpful in explaining how it all worked, as I asked her serval question during the 2 hours we were there: and price can’t be beat! $30 for an hour of entertaining worked out great. Also $50 on food which we would have spent going to eat somewhere anyway. Huge variety of games as well. Will be coming again

We arrived at 4pm. Decided to order food around 5pm. The app wasn't working so we went up front to place the order. I asked for Combo 5 and the lady behind the desk just says "no" *awkward pause* Then goes "our kitchens closed" This place doesn't close till 10pm how is the kitchen closed? That same lady quit and walked out 20 min later. Not sure if it was a bad day but everything was very disappointing.

I wouldn't give one star but it's necessary. It is the third time that I have come with my family and it will be the last, since we arrived a man greeted us at the entrance with a malicious attitude, we ordered a pizza and it took more than 40 minutes and we went to ask and they told us that they had not made it and that they would soon make it and when the device rang we went to pick it up and everything was a mess, the same man at the entrance picked up the device and did not give us the pizza and we continued waiting, then a woman puts the pizza and I ask if it is the mine and says yes. When we finish eating the pizza, the woman goes to our table and tells us where the device was, that she should not hand it over and that she had grabbed someone else's pizza??‍♀️??‍♀️ how is this possible? It was very unpleasant and disappointing. It is worth mentioning that we were not the only ones to receive this treatment, there were 2 more families who were complaining about the disorder in the orders.Adding that several games were broken.

My family and I had a good time. There was only one person who seemed to actually be working. We greatly appreciate everything she did for us. The manager was very condescending to our server. (Manager) "How has your experience been?" (Us) "It's been great" (Manager) "Oh, you can be honest with me." Our server went above and beyond for my family along with the other families there. With all that being said I wish they still had the Jungle Gym and they need a more respectful manager and working staff.

be aware that chuck e. cheese isn't the same place it was years and years ago! there has been remodeling, and they've sort of fallen out of trend. nonetheless, it's cheap and fun! don't expect some big, amazing place, but it isn't crowded and the pizza is actually incredible. they also have beer and wine, and the staff is lovely! please please please give LEAH a raise and a promotion. she went above and beyond for everyone there, and was endlessly patient and knowledgeable. what a gem of a person and employee, the type that should be given the chance to climb the ladder if possible! without her assistance and attitude, it wouldn't have been as great of an experience. it's rare to find workers these days that really truly highlight a guest's experience, cherish her.

Very disappointed I want my money back

It's alright, food was mediocre. Service was minimal, you order up front and fill your own drinks. 1/4 of the games didn't work and one section was blocked off completely.

Pizza was pretty good but it took over an hour to cook and we ordered well ahead of normal meal times. Games are mostly 1-2 credits but feel like they don't last as long as other arcades.

We were very excited to bring two 2 year old young boys to come play in the tubes and slides, and the balls. We walked in only to see there were no more tubes, the stage was gone, and there were only arcade games for bigger (older) children. We were very surprised and greatly disappointed. What is there to do anymore for the younger children? If we wanted to play games, we would’ve went to Dave & Busters.
