We had a great experience! I hadn’t been in 15 years and the Omaha location has been remodeled recently and was very clean.So many games for unlimited play cards and it was nice to not have to pay just to get in for those with food allergies who can’t eat the Food.The woman who worked at the cashier was very kind and went above and beyond explaining things to our group who had never been before.I also appreciated the large open area so it’s easy to keep track of kids!
I came here 10 years ago and it was, for lack of better words “ick”. It’s been redone. They got rid of the run down tube/balloon/play place. All the games worked. Carpet is clean. Employee Susan was so helpful in explaining how it all worked, as I asked her serval question during the 2 hours we were there: and price can’t be beat! $30 for an hour of entertaining worked out great. We had a great time with our kiddo here. There were lots of games to play for different ages. We only came across 2 games that were out of order. We got the all you can play for 60 mins card and it was reasonably priced and a good value. The staff was friendly. We didn't eat there, but I noticed they have a gluten free pizza on the menu. They also have coupons on their website.
