Copal is a must-visit restaurant for delicious and authentic Mexican cuisine. The margaritas are strong and fantastic, and the food is exceptional, fresh, and full of taste. Recent diners praised the great steak fajita, which comes with an abundance of fantastic sides, and the homemade chips with thick guacamole, noting the excellent quality. Although there were some service hiccups and comments about the seafood being occasionally fishy or some slow-cooked meats having fat, the warm atmosphere and delicious meals have made Copal a new favorite for many. They celebrated birthdays with complimentary churros and ice cream, making the experience even more special.
