Was told 10 to 15 minutes wait time. After 45 minutes my name was finally called. Had the stack of pancakes. They were delicious but on the small side. The pancakes that came as a side dish for my daughter were much bigger than the ones I got. This happens in a lot of places I notice.

Parking: The sitting areas outside need to be cleaned. The dirt and dust were pretty thick anywhere no one had sat yet.

Salad croutons were stale, the bacon bits were very unappealing gross looking , chicken fried steak cold w/ gravy cold. Fried apples were good & hot and green beans great. Service excellent. They remade the steak & gravy and potatoes. The mgr gave us 1/2 off we waited 25 minutes for them to remake. Ridiculous u come to eat and relax and conversation. This is the 3rd time in 2 months the food at cracker food has disappointed me. I guess I won’t return.

The food and service was great. I LOVE the gift shop at Cracker Barrell. I am upset at the 60 day return policy. I live 2 hours north of Omaha and I do not get to Omaha a lot. The clothes I had purchased there did not fit well and I was unable to return the items in the 60 day time frame. The clothes were in the bag with the receipt for about 80 days and I was unable to return it and get my money back. I could get last price of the items and then in store credit. I live 2 hours...
