As a Muslim person (and POC) trying to eat in Omaha - I can say no other restaurant has been as accommodating of my dietary needs as Dolomiti. But let’s be real, I wouldn’t be eating here if the food wasn’t fantastic! Top notch pizza and the best Caesar salad.
Elevated pizza experience that makes Omaha proud when visitors discover it, while excellently indulging and expanding basic Midwestern pizza palates (like mine). Service is always top-notch, with food delivered straight from the show-stopping pizza oven.
For the last couple of years, this has been our Valentine's Day spot. It's easy to make a reservation online. The service is friendly, professional, and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious - obviously the pizza but we also love the meatballs and the Caesar wedge salads! We definitely need to go there more.
