Got the order for take out, when I arrived home a chunk of my pizza was missing. Called and was hung up on twice. Manager was smart and said the pizza still had the correct number of slices. Well played. Sad thing is I'm still gonna order from this store cause it's the one closest to my house ?

This is a horrible restaurant I advise do not go to this Domino’s on 90th Fort that are rude obnoxious the General Manager Anton and I order my food from this restaurant and got treated as a horrible customer and the service was trash and I had hair all of in my pizza the manager was rude at the store and did not refund me my money back and I spoke to General Manager Anton over the phone on 01/30/2024 Tuesday around 05:47 pm . And I will not be going back to this restaurant that had two roaches running on the floor through the restaurant of the kitchen .

I went the the Dominos on North 90th St in Omaha. The people working there were rude when I called and asked if they got my order. The lady told me no but whole time the tracker is telling me that the order is being done. I then called again and a guy answered and told me to pay a different way than I could. How can you tell someone to pay a certain way, when it’s there money? Then we I received my order, it was plain wings with ranch on top of them. I ordered garlic Parmesan and it always comes dry rub. This time it was wet and tasted like straight ranch. When I called about the wrong order, the guy that answered me earlier told me that I would only get messed up wings if the guy making pizza stopped and opened a new ranch container to put in over my wings. He was very unprofessional and rude the whole time.

I have only ordered a few times. The policy is inconsistent about delivering to the door or to the parking lot, depends on the day? The driver? Either way as a disabled person I’m unable to make the parking lot without assistance and have had more than one driver hang up on me when requesting they drop off at the door, not the parking lot. They refund pizza points and not my money- as if I want to order from this hot mess of a poor excuse of a franchise. Something is always wrong with my order- and I’ve learned my lesson about paying with a card, and leaving a tip prior to delivery- I don’t suggest it. And if I could leave a review of negative stars I would. Even when issues are reported and you express that the last thing you want is another pizza they don’t refund your cash. Unacceptable. I was using my points from the last bad delivery experience to get tonight’s bad experience- should have been 100% free , but was still being charged $4.38 for delivery.. and they can’t bring it to the door- but last week they could bring a cold pizza to my door 15 minutes late? Do yourself a favor- pay the extra for Door Dash.Update: The Manager has stepped up and delivered the pizza to my door, and not charged the $4.38 delivery fee. Kudos for that! In the future I hope they don’t have these issues with employees picking and choosing which apartments they will deliver to and which ones they won’t. I know it’s hard to find help these days, but hanging up on customers, and refusing to do the job you’re hired for in my opinion would definitely be reason for termination in my book-if the manager has to comp fees, food, and essentially do the delivery themselves I think the original driver at this point is a liability.

Last time I ordered pizza, they messed up my order. I called them and they said they would add a free pizza to my phone number. I tried to redeem it, and he told me he didn't have time to troubleshoot the website. WHAT? I just wanted my free pizza. They're too busy.. whatever, if they keep this lousy customer service up, they won't have any business to worry about.Btw, I still want the replacement pizza I paid for and couldn't eat, because they put stuff on it I specifically asked to be off of it, I don't like anaphylactic shock with my dinner..Management needs some serious changes made to it.

A while back they were definitely understaffed, but things seem to have changed for the better recently. The shop is fairly new (about a year), looks and feels clean. I have never been treated rudely by the staff, delivery estimates are accurate. Thank you to Daniel for delivering my order quickly!

Every time I order delivery from this location my pizza comes to me torn apart and the middle pieces are curling. My kids don't complain but as a parent presentation matters. Whenever I order take out from this location it's perfect. I'm not sure what goes on between the delivery person and the person making the pizza but something somewhere is off because why does my pizza look like someone tore all the pieces apart after cutting the pizza and let it sit out so that it will get cold and the pieces will curl. I won't ever order delivery again today was only my 2nd time and the pizza delivery service is very disappointing...also when they closed the box the closed it on the pizza edges instead of making sure the pizza was in the box properly.
