A while back they were definitely understaffed, but things seem to have changed for the better recently. The shop is fairly new (about a year), looks and feels clean. I have never been treated rudely by the staff, delivery estimates are accurate. Thank you to Daniel for delivering my order quickly!

I have only ordered a few times. The policy is inconsistent about delivering to the door or to the parking lot, depends on the day? The driver? Either way as a disabled person I’m unable to make the parking lot without assistance and have had more than one driver hang up on me when requesting they drop off at the door, not the parking lot.
