Slow. During peak times, expect a long wait to talk to a cashier and a longer wait for food. My small order took 20 minutes to fulfill. More complicated orders might take up to 30-50 minutes (not exaggerating). Hard to tell if the problem is caused by number of staff, too many permutations of the menu items, or if kitchen process is not well designed. Be ready to wait awhile, either inside or in the drive-thru. Service is not great. Check your food before you leave. They're always forgetting items. Probably one of the worst run fast food places around.
