We came down from out of town and decided to get Dunkin since we don't have it where we live. The ladies were super nice and our Blueberry Iced coffee and Blueberry Donut Iced coffee did not disappoint. Also got donuts to take home. (Which admittedly did not last very long ?) Wonderful experience would definitely stop in again.

I gave 5 stars for the service only because the manager working today(Saturday) he is so friendly and radiates positive vibes . Otherwise it would honestly be a 2/3 for the past week . The workers seem untrained, clustered and frustrated. I come to this location and another location daily and this one compared to the one on 142 pacific just don’t line up 142nd they have usually 3 people working and all of them are friendly regardless of how busy it is. For how busy this location...

It's designed primarily as a drive-thru so when you go inside, don't expect to see a display case of freshly baked donuts and pastries. In fact, they may well run out of actual donuts long before closing time. Our service was friendly and informative, no complaint there, but choosing our donuts from a try of "what's left" was not the Dunkin' experience we were hoping for. The coffee, as usual, was great. They even brewed a fresh pot for us.
