Ordered 24 sugar cookies a hour and a half before close. They told me would be ready and when I got there they said they couldnt do order. Unprofessional and lack of customer service. I tip when I buy these cookies, but nothing was deserved today. Very DisappointedResponse to owners reply: Well she told me they would have them ready...she should of asked for payment info when speaking to her the first time. Also I was driving and I dont answer the phone...as NO ONE SHOULD when driving...As I told her I was on my way there...in rush hour traffic...didnt even apologize...I still bought 36 cookies, even with this poor interaction and bad communication. This is what happens when you hire teenagers.

I want to say Thank you for the lady that helped me over the phone today after the horrendous experience I had at the Lincoln Eileen’s on 84th. I am so sorry I did not catch your name through my tears but Thank you for your help and putting a order together so my husband can pick them up after he gets off work. If anyone lives between omaha and Lincoln like we do please go to the omaha Eileen’s and not the Eileen’s off off 84 in Lincoln. I have never been so rudely talked to and treated.

I ordered 9 dozens decorated cookies to be picked up for a church event on Sunday. When I went in Saturday they didn’t have the cookies and couldn’t find the order. The people working there could have cared less and were standing around talking to each other. Since it was the day before I was stuck without. I was very disappointed.
