We don't go out much, but it was our 12th anniversary and decided to try Firebirds out. Appetizer and bread was good. Ordered a 12oz ribeye, a kids steak and my wife had chicken pasta. Ordered ribeye med rare and kids steak medium. Ribeye comes out more black and blue and cold to the touch, kids steak comes out medium rare closer to the rare side which my child will not eat. We just ate there for our 6th wedding anniversary last night and it was an amazing experience!! Ally and the staff went above and beyond and made our night so wonderful and memorable 🥰 The food was outstanding and the Billionaire cocktail she recommended was delish! She made the dessert special and everyone even signed a card. She was so personable and genuinely nice, I can't sing Ally's praises enough, thank you again!!!
