We do Food Fridays at work, today one of the places to go to was Firehouse subs! Was so looking forward getting a sandwich from there. I finally chose what I was going to get and even added and PAID for Extra cheese and asked for extra onions as well. when I finally got to eat after I got back, I found NO CHEESE on my sandwich and hardly any onions. I wish I could give zero stars. I am so incredibly disappointed in this restraursnt, especially since they represent our fire fighters. Absolutely Horrible customer service. Waited for 15 minutes at least along side a young mom and another gentlemen. They Never told ANY of us our food was ready. So after we each went up to ask about our food we all found out it had been sitting behind the counter the entire time. to which an horrible young man LOUDLY yelled from the corner...read full review
