Customer service was disappointing. The waiter took my order incorrectly and did not include everything I requested, despite it being a very simple order—chicken tenders and fries. I was also not greeted when I sat down to meet my guest, which set a poor tone from the start. The server appeared rushed and did not take the time to provide attentive or courteous service. Overall, the food was average and did not make up for the lack of service.

Food amazing. Chicken Philly is great. However service not great. Did not check on our table even once. We are super chill and one check in would have been great. Had to go to the bar to get side of sauce asked for twice. We love flight, please do better checking on tables.

I'm impressed at how delicious the food is as a local resident of the same building. I've taken family members from out of town and they loved the quality of the food.
Flight Deck doesn't really market itself as gluten free but they really are, most of their menu has a gluten free option.
Flight Deck has a nice upscale sporty look, with plenty of fun games to play all over, its a nice restaurant, great for groups!

The food is super good here and I really enjoyed it. The food came out fast and was accurate as well. However my service was not good. The waitress had the worst attitude I’ve experienced as of late. The blonde heavy set woman was extremely snippy and very rude. Wasn’t pleased when my husband and I dined here.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Flight Deck Bar, coming 2–3 times a week for dinner, but things have really gone downhill. The service has become consistently poor, especially on Wednesdays. Food is often delayed, orders come out wrong, and even simple things like sauces are incorrect.
Most of the current staff seem careless and unprofessional — there's no sense of urgency or customer care anymore. The only exception is Creighton, one of the older staff members, who still delivers excellent service and actually treats customers with respect. If it weren’t for him, I would have stopped coming a long time ago.
It’s disappointing to see a place I used to enjoy so much fall this far. Management needs to take action this level of service is unacceptable

Burgers were great but the service could use some help our bartender was more concerned about talking to the kitchen than cleaning the front of house which was kinda dirty for how slow it was

This place is so good. Great food. Hands down the best pulled pork Mac n cheese in Omaha. 10/10. Cold beers from the tap, great service, and fun staff. My wife loves it too.

We gave them a second chance after staying away for 4 months. The first time we waited 90+ mins for our food on an empty night, this time today we waited 30+ mins just to get drinks, two tables there other than us. Never going again, very sad because the food always rocks when it used to show up.
