Location is perfect for Students. Great amenities for renters! 2 swimming pools, basketball court, rooftop grills and tv. Gloria in the office is extremely responsive and helpful!
Legit the best amenities, and good value. Dark rooms. Freezing cold AC. Super warm heat.
My one complaint is that with all these amenities, they somehow don't have a hot tub (or two)

I’ve had a very good experience living at Atlas. The apartment is comfortable, modern, and in a great location. The common areas are well maintained, and the environment is calm and convenient. I also want to highlight the staff, who have always been friendly and willing to help whenever I needed something. Overall, I recommend Atlas to students or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to live

A pedestrian bridge connects Creighton University to The Atlas Apartments, and another bridge links the complex to Boys Town hospital. The outdoor architecture is unique, showcasing decorations of different cities around the world. While the complex is highly recommended for its accessibility to campus and downtown, it is important to note that many units have limited natural light, with 90% of bedrooms lacking windows to the outside. The layout can be maze-like for new tenants, and high-traffic areas may be noisy, especially on weekends. Despite these considerations, many residents find it a great place to live.
