I love this Starbucks but it is always busy and since I attend Creighton university I am used to it. Therefore I recommend people that are not from Creighton to not attend this Starbucks. They change staffs all the time because it is mostly students working but they do it because it give students an opportunity to work and go to school at the same time. Since staff change is so frequent they constantly have trainings. But overall I love the service that they have here it is amazing
I'm happy there is a starbucks at this location, but am sad that they don't take the starbuck rewards - you can build star points but not use them here. Other than that, friendly baristas, moderate to fast service (when not super busy), and central location make this the best coffee stop for Creighton University students.

Horrible experience. Waited an hour for my drink and just ended up leaving when it was clear they were not going to make it. I even went back into line to talk to the barista about how I hadn't received my drink and I had been waiting 30 minutes already, she said she was sorry and that they would make it.
