I live in Sioux City and we were going to be in Omaha for the weekend of our anniversary, I decided to look up Omaha local eats and found this little gem on that page! So glad we went We had an amazing time, Great food and very laid-back atmosphere.

I wanted to tell the cook at the time but didn't want to embarrass the people we were with as they were paying for it. My husband and I both had the breaded fish and fries including coleslaw. Our fish was extremely salty, the fries were soggy, and the coleslaw was very sour. We choked down part of the meal and brought home the rest to throw out. Our friends both enjoyed their meal of BLT and pork tenderloin. The small bar atmosphere reminded me of a place in my small hometown in Montana. I was very comfortable there and would like to try another dish sometime. I hope the cook reads this and takes note.
