Franks is capable of making the best pizza I’ve ever had. 4 years ago when I first went to Franks it was fantastic. I would have given them a 5 star rating at that time. The last few times we were so disappointed in how things are going downhill. Every table looked like several different groups of people had eaten there. There was crumbs and sticky stuff on every table. The pop machine overflow was full of liquid that wasn’t draining, the tea dispenser was empty and sitting...read full review
Really good pizza! We got the New Yorker Sicilian and it was amazing- half order was 6 thick slices it was perfect. The cheese sticks were phenomenal! Had a great crisp crunch towards the crust. Service was so friendly! We will definitely be back!

Frank's Pizzeria in West Omaha serves incredible New York-style pizza that rivals even those in the Big Apple. The New Yorker Sicilian pizza is a standout, with a superb Sicilian crust that was added recently. Despite some recent disappointments in cleanliness and quality, the pizza itself remains pretty dang good. The cheese sticks are phenomenal, with a great crisp crunch. The restaurant offers a kid-friendly atmosphere with free games like Pac-Man to keep little ones entertained. The service is friendly, making the overall dining experience enjoyable. While the decline in quality and the loud grunge rock music may deter some customers, those craving authentic NY-style pizza will find a satisfying meal at Frank's Pizzeria.
