when we first moved here the drinks didn't have any syrup flavor bcus the barista hadn't mentioned we needed to add it. tried redeeming it today only to be blatantly ignored and watch everyone else get their drinks while I am the last one waiting... i had just set aside my stuff to get cozy and spend time at their establishment. when the barista blatantly asked me if they forgot my drink.. I grabbed my things and left. I know she didn't mean anything mean by it, but it still hurt to see how speedy everyone who came before me and after me get their drinks while I'm still waiting. It's not like she was by herself either, there was another barista in her vicinity that helped but didn't ask a single thing to me or ask if I had been taken care of. there's 4 of these places. I'm sure not having me as a customer again will hurt them.

Stopped by Hardy Coffee in Omaha and really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere is super chill—perfect for catching up with a friend or getting some work done. The baristas were friendly and welcoming, and the space had a nice local feel to it.
I tried their coffee and it was smooth and flavorful. They clearly care about quality. Also loved that they offer some tasty pastries—definitely try one if you stop in.
One of the best coffee I have.

This place is pretty mid. The workers were pretty nice and they were busy so didn’t have time to chat, but the food is super unseasoned and the drinks tasted bland as well. They also burnt a lot of our shots in our drinks. I was shocked to see it so full of people given that nothing was really spectacular. Maybe we got the wrong thing? Maybe it was a bad day?

Excellent and tasty beverages, very prompt and friendly staff, and the specials are always worth checking out! Also you can order a giant handmade marshmallow and just eat it right there at the counter, it’s great.

Chronically understaffed, long wait times, and it’s a toss up if you’ll get what you ordered. I realized after I left that they gave me a much quicker to make drink than what I ordered to try and get through the rush. While waiting I saw multiple people enter to store, look at the line, and leave. Management needs to be more engaged to make sure enough people are staffed and that they are properly trained to handle a rush. I won’t be going back to Hardy.

Love this place. Great service! I got my items to go, but the atmosphere was quaint even though it was a big place. Love that it has an outdoor space as well. My coffee was perfect. I got the vegan burrito and the coffee cake muffin. Both were delicious! I meant to get the vegetarian burrito, but was not disappointed. I will get it next time.
