The staff here was awesome. I did not get the name of the gentleman that sold us the cigars but he was friendly, outgoing, funny. Helped a ton with suggestions and then helped us light our cigars. Then Sara served us drinks at the table and was awesome. Top notch service here and worth checking out.

Great place to stop by downtown. I was on the way to the airport and had an hour to kill. I stopped by and was greeted by a friendly bartender who guided me through picking a cigar. As a cigar aficionado, I am very familiar with most brands and he didn't try to upsell me into a $50 cigar. They offer full bar (beer, wine, liquor) with a Rat Pack theme. It looks like a great place to hang out on the weekends. Indoor and outdoor seating but I didn't see heaters for the outdoors.

Had a fantastic time catching up with colleagues over a cigar and an old fashioned! The barkeep was very attentive even cut and lit my cigar for me. We seated ourselves and ordered right away. There is no food here and there a terrace outside but it was raining the day I visited. Highly recommend even if you are a novice cigar enthusiast.

Great cigar bar!! Old school feeling!! Bar tender wasn't the most friendly. I ordered water, since i was alone and on a motorcycle. (No booze for me!!) Seemed to have a huge selection of various brands of alcohol. Comfortable seating, cool old school fans on the ceiling. Big selection of cigars! Only complaint is... bathroom was in basement. With bad knees and on road all day on motorcycle... those stairs sucked ass! My next trip to Omaha, I will stop there again!

Guy behind the bar wasn’t terribly friendly and seemed a bit put off when I asked if they had cutters and lighters. He reluctantly said he had one and I could use it but only at the register. A cigar lounge should have a better selection of cigars and cutters and lighters for community use. Sitting on the patio was pleasant but there were vagrants walking by and the noise from cars showboating was obnoxious. The building itself and the decor was on point for a cigar lounge though. Would be back despite the few mild inconveniences.

Bartender with long hair and glasses demonstrated the worst customer service ever. His behavior was very similar to a bully. Guy has no business working in service. Overall, no ashtray was offered, he also stated no matches or lighters were available, which was odd for a cigar lounge. Worst cigar I’ve ever been to in my life. Really unfortunate considering it’s across the street from the Embassy. Stay clear of this place or at minimum keep your lawyer on speed dial, I see lawsuit coming soon.
If you’re lookin’ for a place to unwind ,this is it. The staff? Phenomenal attentive. Some of the best live music I’ve heard anywhere in Omaha. The back patio is spacious with lots of seating, perfect for settlin’ in with friends or your own thoughts. And the cigar selection large, varied prices, and humidified to perfection. Simply put, this bar is a gentleman’s refuge.

When I went it was incredibly busy and the bartenders were back and forth, I did end up waiting a long time to order but ended up deciding to not get one. I wont hold it against them for the time I went but the live music was great and for a cigar lounge I love how it was open to outside and not incredibly smokey
