Visited Mister Toad this past weekend with a friend while looking for a quick drink in Old Market. Mister Toad feels like a divey local spot with an old English pub theme. The decor is cool and definitely unique compared to other nearby places. I've never been and usually order from the specialty drinks menu, and theirs had a few shots listed among a few drinks, which wasn't what I was looking for that day. What a cool bar! Sat inside since outdoor area was full but was not disappointed due to the charming and nostalgic interior. Great service was only outdone by the perfectly mixed drink. We didn't eat anything but heard the food is good. Friendly and truly happy that you visited. The whole Old Market vibe is unique and enjoy it every time we visit Omaha. Highly recommend!

My memories of Mr Toads are all magical, '74 to '78. Seeing the Stones and others stopping in on layover. The only pub in town with Guinness on tap- and they served a beautiful pint. My various girlfriends loved it, the pub grub was above average. The atmosphere a welcome break from Creighton's glass, steel, concrete, and dust.
