Fat manager does not know ADA guidelines or food handlers guidelines. Good thing I have both. Will be happy to report that idiot. Sorry to the server to work for such an ignorant guy.

Always delicious, always top notch service. Love the peanut butter chicken, and the crab rangoon. Can't got wrong going here.

Longstanding Omaha staple. Milton’s chicken is one of my favorite dishes anywhere. Generous portions of higher grade chicken served with asparagus, onions, and red peppers in a flavorful sauce. I do not include the mushrooms which come with the dish. Served with steamed rice and miso soup. Consistently a top notch meal at a reasonable price.

The rolls, meals and cocktails are always perfect here. I love the seasoned edamame and the hiro roll. The crispy chicken was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. The raspberry wisp is my go to cocktail when I'm here.

I love the Asian fusion dining. The Asian short rib appetizer is amazing.

Sushi & Maki bland and soggy. The Salmon and Tuna were exactly the same. Room temperature mush lacked any flavor. Also avoid the eel. Soggy like sauteed mushrooms. Sad diner even being half price. Better sushi from Bakers!

It's was a little slow for food but to be expected on happy hour Sunday. The prices for sushi are very good, with a lot of selection in happy hour menu. We typically love the sushi here but today all of the yellowtail was very fishy tasting.

Never disappointed here. One of the best sushi places in the Omaha Metro!

Hiro is solid every time! The restaurant is really modern and inspired by traditional Japanese styling. I met some friends for lunch and I enjoyed the bento box. You get a choice of 2 or 3 items as the main course. I opted for teriyaki salmon, seaweed salad, and salmon sashimi. We also had the shishito peppers appetizer. The teriyaki salmon was a little overdone and missed for me but the rest of the items were excellent! Our server was also very good and attentive!

I went to Hiro with my sister for lunch with our two daughters after visiting Lauritzen Gardens. I typically always love hero and I don't really have not great food here but this time was an exception, unfortunately. I ended up ordering a three item Bento box With teriyaki beef, tempura, and a California roll to split with my daughter (also comes with a soup or salad and a side of rice). The Bento box is a fantastic bang for your buck for lunchtime. We arrived not too long after opening and there were already a decent amount of people in there. The problem was that they didn't have very many servers on the floor so our wait time was quite a bit and our food took a while as well. Our server was very kind, but not the most attentive because she had a lot of other tables. I love their teriyaki sauce and will stand by that it is the best in town, but even that couldn't help my over cooked and cold steak that was served to me in my Bento box. It was especially tough and was not a fantastic flavor. The sauce that they serve with the Tempura was also pretty flavorless. I remember having it and it having a little bit more punch. The other items in my box were good and I really enjoyed the salad with both dressings. I am wondering if it was an off day because usually things are fantastic? My last little qualm had to do with the high chair that we were given for my daughter. We asked for two high chairs as we had two toddlers with us. My daughter was the younger of the two by a year and we got a high chair that had the belt broken off of it. It did not make for a fantastic experience as she was trying to wiggle free for majority of the time. I should've just swapped out the high chairs with my niece but getting my daughter in the high chair to begin with wasn't very fun. Not really their fault I just wish we would've had one with a belt. I will most definitely return to Hiro again but maybe not order the same thing?

Food was great! Once we were seated it did take quite a bit of time before a server came to the table. They weren't overly busy, and there appeared to be enough staff in the dining area. Once we did get service, all was good!!

Half price Sundays allow a modest sushi fan the opportunity to try multiple options.Staff is great. Chefs are craftsmen and the atmosphere is deceivingly luxurious for the reasonable menu prices.
