In omaha, jinya is the only spot with good ramen. The rest are not even close to the standard of Japanese ramen.Hokkaido is good but their taste is not as bold as i expected. It is not bland either. Definitely for someone who like a subtle flavor but not for someone who like strong flavor that hit the tongue.I only tried their garlic tonkotsu and chicken karagge today. Best ramen I’ve had in Omaha, and ive been to the popular places. The service was incredibly warm and friendly, the food came out fast and was DELICIOUS. They were able to accommodate my partners celiac perfectly (they have a separate menu) and even brought out after dinner treats for us on the house. I can’t overstate this enough, this place was incredible.
We were first timmers and this place did NOT disappoint! Neal was our server...very upbeat, friendly and was always checking in on us. The food was absolutely wonderful! It was beautifully prepared and plated and my taste buds were so happy! Neal ended up surprising us with some deep fried oreos at the end of our meal which were delicious!10/10 Highly recommend.
