I have been going to Howard’s since I was a child and it was on 24th street. Food has always been good, however their prices have gotten out of control!!! I always have the enchiladas and bean tostada. The last time I had dinner there they are charging $4.99 for a BEAN tostada, and sadly this time the beans were very bland. The small enchilada is now up to $4.99 as well!! I was very sad to see such high prices for a place that use to be reasonably priced.
I have been coming to Howard's for almost 30 years. I don't think I have ever left there hungry or unsatisfied. these are the best people, and I hope to continue to make it in for the next 30!
