I didn't really know what to expect, but it wasn't bad. You put your food in a bowl, and hand it to the cooks, who put it on a hot plate/stone thing and cook it in front of you. The food could have been a 5 had the meats been, perhaps, fresher. They definately didn't seem fresh. There were many different meat/seafood options, however. Usually, I never have any issues here! The last time I was there, though, the HuHot sign lights/open sign were off an hour before close, so we couldn't tell if they were open or not. When we walked in (around 8:10pm‐ish), all of the staff looked immediately annoyed, and we felt rushed the entire time. I'm hoping this was just an off night.

Unfortunately, the staff experience really brought the visit down. The service felt rushed and inattentive, which made the overall atmosphere less enjoyable. It’s disappointing because the food deserves better representation.
