To say that I am disappointed in tonight’s visit would be an understatement. I don’t believe that this isolated incident by any means defines the workplace culture of Hyvee,but it’s absolutely something that should be addressed. To the two men in the back tonight, shame on you for the things that were said. To praise someone for having the ability to “shell out hushmoney” for sexual assault claims of young women is no joke. To then carry it on further and to laugh about how Donald trumps first wife died so that he could be with anyone he wants and have the money to do with whoever he wants is just inexcusable. Sexual assault of women in general is just not something that is funny or should be joked around about period. For being a staple location within our neighborhood all I would ask is this: Hyvee, do better.

Once finally greeted I ordered a burrito and a side of bacon. The burrito comes with fruit or potatoes valued at $3. I asked to substitute $3 bacon instead. Janet I think was her name instead charged me extra! Didn’t ask if having to charge me was okay, she even agreed to substitute.. Then being the only customer, proceeded to wait 25 mins for a burrito and bacon? I know endless chefs all around town \\u0026 this is pure laziness. Terrible location and Grill

Absolutely the best customer service, willingness to help, went over the top, great attitude, a young man in the meat department Caleb! I have never been treated so well ever!! Shout out to this young man he will be going places!
Don’t ever apply here if ur on or have a disability but are able work and want to have some extra part time money didn’t like way I was judge and then I even asked for a simple job bagging and wasn’t hired they used be bout the community and helping people and programs but they have Changed

We came in friday nov 20 and shop got to register and paid and we had to sack our own groceries we said something out loud to a curly hair manager and he just runs away pretty poor customer service. That was our favorite store until a manager cant even help and.sack .Very Very disappointed probably wont come back to that location . Also sad when the employee hates working there because they cant get any help from even manager

We used to go here quite a bit. The people are great and the place is convenient. The breakfast I like but I don't usually eat breakfast. The lunch and dinner menus are mediocre so I don't go there near as much as I used to.
