Just had a poor experience there with a server if you have allergies and you need accommodations don't expect the servers to be courteous to you. I've been there many times and never had any issues. The server today I could overhear having conversations about the accommodations that I requested when I asked for the bill to leave she continued to talk me.

This was one of the worst meals I have ever had. My daughter's pancakes were extremely dry. My sirloin tips with onions and mushrooms had a very sweet like sugar taste. Just awful. The waiter/server wasn't familiar with the monthly special even though this is the 23rd of the month and he wasn't new (very familiar with other staff). The hostess was yelling about how she wasn't getting anyone's drinks because that was not what she was there for. The whole restaurant heard her. Not a good experience overall. I don't think we'll ever go back.
It's sad when IHOP says they'll contact you about your bad experience and never do. I thought they wanted a chance for redemption, but I guess not. Doubling down on my decision not to return.

3/10 Right off the bathroom smelled of sewer. Regular prices were higher $$$. Service was slow, asked for silver 15 min ago and waiting for that and food. Disappointed! Food was good. It look like mold on the ceiling by the vent.
I have come to this location for awhile. It seemed to be taking a down turn. They remodeled it and changed staff and it has been delightful to stop and eat. The food has improved and the staff has been kind and attentive. The floor and bathrooms are clean and new I will probably upgrade my review next time.

Terrible, went inside with my daughter took around five minutes to get seated. The waitress took our drink order and brought us over our coffees no silverware then stated she would be right back in a few minutes but it was like 10 minutes later I hade to go up and look for silverware and couldn’t find any so the waitress finally brought them. She finally took our order didn’t really have anything because they just got truck in. I asked for a minute and she kept going to every table besides ours.They literally had three customers who all had their food and after 30 minutes of watching her just walk around we decided we were leaving because we were tired of waiting just to get served.

Absolutely terrible (non-existent) customer service and the food was just ok. Customers hanging out, watching shows on their phones so even the atmosphere wasn't relaxing. Go to Perkins. Or better yet, a ma n pa type diner.

I literally gagged walking inside this restaurant. The smell of sewage all throughout the restaurant horrendous. How can they still be in business and seat customers with the smell being so loud and obvious. I mentioned the smell to the host and she acknowledged it by also adding that the woman’s bathroom smells even worst and to not go in there. I will be calling the health department because it’s really ridiculous.

Ordered pick up this morning didn’t even get my hashbrowns had to ask them for them and they hesitated on wanting to give them to me then come home and see my boyfriends hash browns were all burnt and not edible then this is what they gave us for bacon on both orders 😡 might as well just not have put any bacon

I came here at three a m with my handicap brother. Two girls at a different table were making fun of him. He went up introduced himself and apologized and they proceeded to make fun of him more. After the two Of course when outside I went back in. To confront the two girls. The waitress that served us proceeded to tell me how so wrong.It was for me to come back inside to confront two people making fun of Handicapped person. I'm so disgusted with the service that we received. That the business would allow a table to sit there and make fun of a handicap person. What is wrong with people. There were 2-3 other tables there when we arrived and throughout our stay. There were 4 staff members. It took 45 minutes to get our food. We ordered an omelette and a pancake combo. The food was great but the poor manager had to walk the two servers through everything while cleaning and bussing their tables. I overheard the servers talking about stomach issues and one left to buy Imodium. Gross that I overheard that as a customer. Our server even forgot to give us silverware and said “oh shit” when I asked for some. Additionally, no one brought our check and we had to ask for it after 20 minutes of being done with our food. I used to manage a restaurant and was very disappointed in the training and time it took to get our food.
