Well, just about everything was good at IHOP except for when we first walked in. I asked for a larger booth, the hostess walked us past a row of small booths, turned the corner and seated us at a small booth in the next row. If you order any meal, you’ll get a couple of plates, then water and drink and you have no room. The floor hadn’t been swept for awhile, would have been easy to push the floor sweeper down the aisles. Our waitress was excellent, but the cooks… I ordered the Coffee Cake pancake combo; no filling between pancakes and incredibly dry, required lots of syrup. Otherwise bacon, eggs, pumpkin pancakes, all good. The waitress’s service was excellent, so I changed my overall 3 stars to 4. I’ve eaten at this IHOP several times, this one time won’t prevent future return trips.

You know it’s bad when even the manager has an attitude and is giving horrible customer service. I had a curbside pickup order but the manager refused to come out to give me my food then said “well the food isn’t even ready anyways” didn’t want to give me an eta for when the food was ready then played dumb when I came inside. I reported them to corporate, but still wanted to add my review here as well. The food was good, but the customer service isn’t worth me coming back with how high the prices has been lately, it’d be nice to have great service come with it.

The staff where friendly but not a lot of hustle for a morning with only half the restaurant full. Men's bathroom was dirty. Urine on the floor and writing on the walls.
Just had a poor experience there with a server if you have allergies and you need accommodations don't expect the servers to be courteous to you. I've been there many times and never had any issues. The server today I could overhear having conversations about the accommodations that I requested when I asked for the bill to leave she continued to talk me.

This was one of the worst meals I have ever had. My daughter's pancakes were extremely dry. My sirloin tips with onions and mushrooms had a very sweet like sugar taste. Just awful. The waiter/server wasn't familiar with the monthly special even though this is the 23rd of the month and he wasn't new (very familiar with other staff). The hostess was yelling about how she wasn't getting anyone's drinks because that was not what she was there for. The whole restaurant heard her. Not a good experience overall. I don't think we'll ever go back.
It's sad when IHOP says they'll contact you about your bad experience and never do. I thought they wanted a chance for redemption, but I guess not. Doubling down on my decision not to return.

3/10 Right off the bathroom smelled of sewer. Regular prices were higher $$$. Service was slow, asked for silver 15 min ago and waiting for that and food. Disappointed! Food was good. It look like mold on the ceiling by the vent.
I have come to this location for awhile. It seemed to be taking a down turn. They remodeled it and changed staff and it has been delightful to stop and eat. The food has improved and the staff has been kind and attentive. The floor and bathrooms are clean and new I will probably upgrade my review next time.

Terrible, went inside with my daughter took around five minutes to get seated. The waitress took our drink order and brought us over our coffees no silverware then stated she would be right back in a few minutes but it was like 10 minutes later I hade to go up and look for silverware and couldn’t find any so the waitress finally brought them. She finally took our order didn’t really have anything because they just got truck in. I asked for a minute and she kept going to every table besides ours.They literally had three customers who all had their food and after 30 minutes of watching her just walk around we decided we were leaving because we were tired of waiting just to get served.
