In town for business. I ate there twice...the Jo Jo Salad and the Nebraska Burger were both outstanding! Highly recommend. Service was equally outstanding. Great restaurant.

Sat at table. Ordered drinks three different times. Had to go up to the bar each time to get my own drinks. Bartender sat at the patron side of the bar the entire time on his phone. Decided to leave before we ordered food. Service was a disaster. “Shift change”.

Jackson St. Tavern in Omaha deserves all the birthday candles (and then some) for the incredible night they gave us! We celebrated my girlfriend's 50th, and from start to finish, they nailed it. They surprised her with a "50” candle on her dessert, that they actually ran out to buy just for he!! ! Zane, our waiter, was an absolute gem, joking around with our table of five girlfriends like he was one of us. He had us laughing all night and made sure every moment was a blast.
The food was so good it practically sang "Happy Birthday" on its own, and the drinks? Let’s just say, chef’s kiss. The atmosphere was amazing, but the real stars were the manager, and Zane, who gave us customer service that was off-the-charts fun. They kept us smiling, laughing, and wondering how we’ll ever top this night.
If you're looking for a place where the food is delicious, the drinks are fabulous, and the staff knows how to keep the great time rolling, this is it. Thanks to the Jackson St. Tavern crew for making us feel like VIPs and giving us one of the best nights (and funniest memories) we've ever had

Went for the first time yesterday, and was pretty amazed at the place. They had the door open letting in the wonderful breeze. The servee was wonderful, and the food was amazed. I got the burger and it tasted amazing!
