Dined in last night with my husband and 2 toddlers. We loved the atmosphere and the food was pretty good. Unfortunately, we were let down by the service. Our server quickly put in the kids food which was nice but after that we should’ve just helped ourselves. We each ordered a drink which we eventually got after appetizers and no one sitting at the bar. I’m assuming service bar was busy but then many staff are standing around chatting .We were never offered anything else to drink including water. and waited quite a while for anything to be cleared or the check. And the server could care less. I almost just went to the bar for a glass of water but we were finished and just wanted to leave. We have been to another jams and enjoyed it. We just won’t return to this location.

The food was nothing special. No real flavor and the mixed drinks were not well made.The key lime pie left much to be desired and wouldn’t recommend it.The waitress was friendly and tried her best to cover for the poor food.I would not recommend or return.

Great service & our cocktails were very good. Unfortunately, the food was not good. Had the enchiladas. The black beans did not taste good & the rice served was cold & tasted old. Enchiladas were ok- nothing to return to. Sorry but no return for us. We aren’t even that picky. ?

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time.My husband ordered the meatloaf and it was DISGUSTING!!!! It was like food that went through a food processor and attempted to be reassembled. The flavor was gross. He had me take a bite and I almost lost it.I had the Bangkok Shrimp. I thought it was an entree. Came out like 8 pieces of shrimp on a bed of lettuce (used for garnish, not to eat). Tasted ok but $16 was stupid high for what you got.On top of things the service was terrible. It was really slow so being too busy to check to see how the food was not an excuse.I will not be returning. Not sure why people like it. Terribly disappointed.

The food was very bland and poorly prepared. The meatballs were so overcooked we couldn’t even cut through them same for the chicken in the salad. Service was terrible. The server took 3 tries to get the bill right and even then we weren’t confident. Overall a bad experience. Won’t be coming back.

I have to give credit where credit is due. Clarissa saved the day! We LOVE dining at Jams when in Omaha. I have always ordered the crab cake hamburger; it’s delicious. Last visit there, I was told it was discontinued! I was heartbroken! Clarissa made it happen! She was able to get me my crab cake hamburger that I love! JAMS: DO NOT DISCONTINUE THE CRAB CAKE HAMBURGER!!!! Clarissa’s attention to detail and exemplary customer service coupled with her professionalism and hospitality make her A DIAMOND IN A SEA OF RHINESTONES in the restaurant industry. ?TAKE A BOW Clarissa!
Went here with DW for a quiet New Year's Day dinner. Made a reservation in advance, but didn't need one, as the place was pretty empty. We were seated immediately and attended to by "Wyatt."Ordered the lettuce wraps appetizer, and DW had a Mediterranean Salad. I had the beef tips/mashed potatoes/Brussels sprouts (was on the daily special menu). Everything was very good, as was the service. We'd go back, for sure.
