My 5 girlfriends and I asked to sit on the patio and we were led there by the hostess in the shade. She put the umbrella up for the ones who were partially in the sun. She took our drink order and was back with them in just a few minutes. She even brought us a little dish of lemon wedges since some of us wanted lemon in our iced tea or water. Dined in last night with my husband and 2 toddlers. We loved the atmosphere and the food was pretty good. Unfortunately, we were let down by the service. Our server quickly put in the kids food which was nice but after that we should’ve just helped ourselves. I have to give credit where credit is due. Clarissa saved the day! We LOVE dining at Jams when in Omaha. I have always ordered the crab cake hamburger; it’s delicious. Last visit there, I was told it was discontinued! I was heartbroken! Clarissa made it happen! She was able to get me my crab cake hamburger that I love!
