People with health issues related to food need to be careful-we found they don't follow their menu as to what is listed as the ingredients of an item - and omit or add other ingredients not asked for. Check closely before you leave. We got home with food some us cannot eat safely. It was clean and staff were polite.
Dietary restrictions: Just have your staff follow what is listed on your menu and make the sandwiches the way they are described in writing.

I went 15min before they closed and the girl working ran up to the door as she saw i was coming in and locked it right in front of me with no explanation or apologies. Very disrespectful and idk if i will ever go back because of how I was treated. Just because you didn't want to serve us 15min before close doesn't mean you lock us out and laugh at us as we walk away disappointed. Very upset with jersey Mike's.

I ate too fast to post a picture but it was delicious! I got the normal cheesesteak nothing fancy and I now might need a second supper. I ordered online and the food was ready when i got there. The staff was friendly and the food was hot. Also the bread was extremely soft!

To the girl with the cross tattoo under her eye working the cheese and meat slicer, get your attitude up. We had come in with just a few people in line ahead of us, with us right in front of the area to order. This girl didnāt acknowledge us, say hi, or even a āIāll be with you in a minuteā leaving us standing there for about 7-8 minutes while she cut meat. All the while sheās throwing attitude to the new employees at the toppings counter. Unhappy, snarky, and scoffing every 2 seconds. We are then finally greeted with a monotone ā..you know what you want.ā We explain our 2 sandwiches to her while she doesnāt respond with a single word the rest of our time being there. Now the rest of the employees were nicer, but the environment was chaos, and it didnāt seem like anybody knew what they were doing. Both existing employees and the new employees. The eye cross tattoo lady had probably the worst attitude Iāve seen in a food environment in a while. It seemed she had been working there longer than the others as she was telling everyone what to do (in a not very nice way) Iām not sure if she was a manager, or just a stuck up employee.
The food was alright. Mine was made well, but I had to tell them to add certain things that the sandwich should already come with, and my husbandās Philly was suppose to come with a dip that they had missed, and we didnāt realize until getting back to our hotel.
The last time we had come to this exact Jersey Mikeās was earlier this year and it was one of the best environments I had ever been in a fast food place. The manager was there helping make the sandwiches, he was extremely pleasant, very nice to his workers, gave us recommendations on the sodas, Came to our table to ask how things were, and had the entire place running smooth and happy. Iām not sure where that manager went, or those workers, but this was definitely a 180 turn from how this place used to be.
I usually donāt Karen over these things, but it was just one of those experiences leaving you disappointed that you even chose the place to begin with.
