Wow! I had jersey mikes for the first time yesterday and initially did not know what to expect. A buddy of mine suggested a Philly, so that’s what I ordered. I was blown away by this Philly. So much so that I came back the next day and got it again. This blows out every Philly I’ve ever had in Omaha. Genuinely knocked my socks off yesterday and today when I came back and reordered. I made sure to let them know how great the Philly was. I would recommend their Philly sub on rosemary to everyone. Thank you lord for this blessing of a sandwhich shop. I am a fan for life!

At this location, food deliveries get a lower priority than in-store orders. I waited for 30 minutes, meanwhile, 10 minutes after my arrival, 2 customer walked in, and they immediately made the order and handed it to them. Customers should go to the store and order rather than being treated as an after thought. Actually, maybe they should go to a different store who has the same respect for all customers without bias for how they placed their order.

First time having this place tonight and boy did I smash!!!! Overall ten out ten rating! The sub was just right! It def beats Jimmy John’s and subway no cap but the pricing for my one sandwich was 29 bucks but hey I am not complaining I’ll pay 29 bucks each time for the delicious sandwich I had tonight!

So I normally come here all the time I love eating here but tonight whoever was running veggies at 8:30. I understand very much that it was thirty minutes before they closed but we also waited 10 mins, cause they just had a baseball team come through there. However I asked for bacon and I don’t know if they had a low supply that needed cooked still, cause of the baseball team that just came through. But I believe they guy said it may not be cooked all the way and proceeded to put it on my sandwich, he didn’t ask me if I wanted to wait for it to be cooked all the way or tell me they were out of bacon like the dude before me. But that’s all I didn’t wanna complain and make there night harder that why I just came here however everybody else was great. Update I have now got home and open up my sandwich I asked for mayo and the relish I now have no mayo and no relish on my sandwich, whoever is on veggies needs to be talked to.

So disappointed ! Ordered mini ham & provolone & bacon. Bread so stale, ham certainly didn't look like ham, bacon was nasty, sandwich was 6.95 plus bacon. Gave her a $20, she gave me back $8.35. I told her that can't be right, she went right to next person. If I was eating there I would of gave it back but ate when I got home. Honestly I have ate there before and wasn't impressed but thought would give it another try. You will never get my business again. Horrible sandwich.

WORSE LOCATION!!
I ordered a giant roast beef with mayo & mustard. When it arrived, it was just meat & cheese with excessive oil & vinegar. It was an oily, sour, soggy sandwich. I threw it out. Reported the issue 18 hours ago. STILL waiting for a call back.
Restaurants are increasing their prices but offering subpar food. Save yourself some headache. Avoid this location at all costs. Lesson learned.
