The lady refused to let my boyfriend finish his order at the speaker. So when he tried to respectfully finish his order at the window, she yelled a lot him and slammed the window shut. We chose to just drive away and she yelled out the window and called my boyfriend a “faggot” called the store and come to find out it was manager who did it and she continued to yell at me on the phone as well. AWFUL!
I LOVE Jimmy Johns, but it legitimately bugs me, that EVERY TIME I add mayo packets to my order, they NEVER pay attention and add them!
This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. :(
This place charged me the same amount for a cup of water as a drink. When I brought it to their attention the cashier told me they ran out of star cups. I asked why she didn’t tell us when we ordered and blank stare. I asked for a refund whereupon the manager came over and refunded all but .25 cents which he said was the charge for water cups. Ok. I will bring my own water or order to go sandwiches from here. It’s a shame because I would have come back to eat again but wasn’t...read full review
