My sandwich was rancid. Brown, rotten lettuce - literally rotten (pictured) there's no brown sauces or anything on my sandwich, all the brown is rot. Turkey wasn't looking any better, floppy with black spots in it. Thank gawd I checked my sandwich before eating it. My husband's sandwich (not pictured) had ok looking meat but also had completely rotten and brown lettuce. How do you give this to someone to eat? That's attempted murder imo - there's no way someone can eat this and survive. I never had a problem with Jimmy John's until now, but there's absolutely no way I will ever eat here again - this is seriously the most insane & disgusting sandwich I've ever seen with my own eyes. Wild.

Simply asked for no onion or tomato and to add pickles and jimmy peppers. Sandwich has onions and jalapeño ranch on it? I didn’t realize until I got home. Even the receipt says no jalapeño ranch for some reason but it’s on there despite my sandwich being very wrong

The food has always been good and employees are nice. However....when you pull up and the OPEN sign is on (10min before 9pm) and made to wait until 9:02 only to be told they are closed. Really? What happened to the late nights?

Please review your cameras 3:23 p.m. today. Come through drive-thru while waiting for my sandwich the order taker in the window older black lady sits back down to eat her food and I witness her rubbing her nose with her same bare fingers that she gets up and touches my sandwich with. I asked her to please have my sandwich re-wrapped as I just witnessed her touching her nose and all over her pickle and then go touch my sandwich for me to touch it and put it in my mouth. I then watch her make a scene about me asking her to have my sandwich wrap because I prefer to not have her boogers in my lunch today. The lady that was re-wrapping it I'm concerned did not change her gloves because now this lady with dirty hands has twice now touch my sandwich to put it in the bag and then to hand it off and if the gloves weren't changed then nothing was changed and the same contamination is on that second sandwich and no one wanted to understand that. I won't be returning.

This store has to be the worst jimmy johns on the planet . The food was great no issues there . I do have an issue with a place that’s “ freaky fast “ and takes over 15 min to make a sandwich. Stop training during lunch or adjust your training . Now you’ll have one less customer here so you’ll have more time to train .

Not freaky fast. It has been over an hour since my food was out for delivery. Called the store was told only one driver was working. Glad the driver was not in a wreck. I told the employee who answered my call I was concerned about the food sitting over an hour. They said naw it will be all right.????
